Welcome to Palmer St Plumbing. By accessing our website www.palmerstplumbing.com.au or engaging our plumbing services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Palmer St Plumbing provides residential, commercial, and maintenance plumbing services across Nambucca Valley, Bellingen Shire & surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • General plumbing maintenance

  • Blocked drain repairs

  • Hot water system installations & repairs

  • Gas fitting & leak detection

  • Bathroom & kitchen plumbing

  • Emergency plumbing services

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Free quotes are available upon request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, materials, and travel distance.

  • Any additional work outside the quoted scope will be discussed and quoted separately.

  • Emergency plumbing services may incur additional charges.

3. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash and Bank Transfer.

  • Late payments may incur penalty fees or service suspension.

  • Deposits may be required for large-scale jobs.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

  • Palmer St Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, supplier delays, etc.).

5. Workmanship Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on installations and repairs.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply for parts, fixtures, and appliances.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing plumbing issues not related to our work.

    • Damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or unforeseen structural issues.

    • Delays due to supplier shortages or external factors.

6. Emergency Call-Outs

  • Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7, but after-hours rates apply.

  • If an issue cannot be fully resolved during an emergency visit, a follow-up appointment may be required.

7. Site Access & Safety

  • Customers must ensure clear access to plumbing areas before our arrival.

  • If hazardous conditions prevent us from working safely, we may refuse service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palmer St Plumbing is not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages resulting from plumbing issues.

  • Losses caused by delays, supplier shortages, or force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.).

  • Unforeseen complications that arise during repairs (e.g., old pipes breaking due to wear and tear).

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

Palmer St Plumbing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
